Job summary

TrueBuild Partners is seeking a field leadership superintendent in West Palm Beach, FL for a full-time, permanent role with a 250-person General Contractor. You will own the jobsite from safety and schedule to quality and subcontractor coordination.

Healthcare construction experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with commercial, industrial, life science, or education project backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience as a superintendent.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred; other complex project backgrounds acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to keep work on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and self-perform crews.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and maintain OSHA compliance at all times.
• Uphold quality control standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Lead jobsite meetings, maintain daily reports, and keep accurate project documentation.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 250-person General Contractor. This is a field leadership superintendent role for someone who takes ownership of the jobsite, from safety and schedule to quality and subcontractor coordination.

Healthcare construction experience is a big plus, but candidates with a solid background in commercial, industrial, life science, education, or similar complex projects are encouraged to apply.
