Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare/ground-up superintendent experience.
• Proficient in framing, drywall, metal framing and field operations.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and scopes.

Location: Miami, FL

Salary: $140K - $185K

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. The Superintendent will oversee field crews and subcontractors, coordinate trades (including framing, drywall and metal framing), and clients across healthcare and ground-up new construction projects.
