Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a top General Contractor in the Tri-State area. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of commercial construction experience, particularly on healthcare, office, and general commercial projects, and possess strong drawing-reading and communication skills.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year with excellent benefits, including a 401(k) match and generous PTO.

Competenze

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, general commercial projects.
• Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required.
• Experience managing project budgets up to $20M as well as project schedules.
• Experience with a construction management software ideally Procore
• Professional communication and attitude
