Job summary

Jobot in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to lead scheduling and oversee MEP systems on local life science projects. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3+ years in construction coordination, a degree in ME/CM, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to read drawings. The company offers strong salary, benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
