Job summary

Stocks General Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations across our underground utility and civil construction projects. This role emphasizes safety, leadership, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will manage multiple sites, lead field crews, plan labor and equipment, and ensure all work meets specifications and quality standards while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders. Some travel is required.

This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to manage multiple projects, lead field teams, and maintain accountability for performance and results.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing field operations and leading teams

Preferred

• Experience with commercial, industrial, or government projects
• Familiarity with project scheduling and cost tracking
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Certifications
