Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects in a fast-paced environment in Roanoke, VA. The role requires delivering $30M+ projects from start to finish with strong leadership over field operations, safety, quality, and scheduling.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, read drawings, enforce safety, and communicate with owners, architects, and project teams to ensure milestone completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations and site activities.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing.
• Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, manpower, and field coordination.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities.

• Identify and resolve field conflicts in collaboration with project teams and trade partners.
• Lead jobsite safety initiatives and maintain an organized, productive work environment.
