Job summary

Culinary Depot in New York is seeking a hands-on Crew Lead for our commercial kitchen installation team. This role goes beyond traditional supervision as you will install equipment, read plans, and ensure every job is completed to spec.

You will uncrate, move, and set equipment, coordinate with the crew and Project Management, and provide daily progress updates. This role requires practical experience in kitchen installation, strong problem-solving, and reliable ownership in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen installation, construction, or related work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and ability to take ownership in the field.
