Job summary

Culinary Depot is seeking a hands-on Foreman to join our commercial kitchen installation team. This role is not a traditional supervisory position; the Crew Lead will work alongside the crew installing equipment and take ownership to ensure the job is completed properly and according to plan.

Responsibilities include installing equipment, reading plans, coordinating with Project Management, and providing detailed progress updates from start to finish in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial kitchen installation, construction, or related work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and ability to take ownership in the field.
