Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in the Rochester area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial, multifamily, and public works construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

The ideal candidate will lead field operations on $20M–$50M projects, manage subcontractors, schedules, and safety, and partner with Project Managers to meet budgets and milestones. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or public works projects required.
• Experience on projects ranging from $20M–$50M preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multiple trades while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and trade sequencing
• Manage project schedules and maintain milestone completion
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies across the jobsite
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily field activities
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and project goals
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and proactively resolve field issues
• Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and project logs
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities

The ideal candidate has experience leading field operations on $20M–$50M commercial construction projects and is comfortable managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and delivering high-quality projects safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion
