Job summary

ProSource Group in Westchester County is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee active construction projects across Westchester, the Bronx, and adjacent areas. You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors and inspectors, and drive schedules from mobilization through completion.

This role focuses on field leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication to keep projects on schedule and within safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience managing projects valued at $5M+.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred but not essential.

Role Overview

We are supporting a growing Westchester County General Contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee active construction projects throughout Westchester, the Bronx, and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys being in the field, leading subcontractors, driving schedules, and taking ownership of projects from mobilization through completion.

The company delivers a mix of commercial, institutional, renovation, interior fit-out, and ground-up construction projects.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage all day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Conduct daily site walks and quality inspections.
• Enforce site safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives.
• Manage manpower, productivity, and project sequencing.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• Commercial, institutional, and interior renovation experience welcomed.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Candidates based in Westchester County or surrounding areas preferred.
