Job summary

LHH seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for high-end residential and commercial projects in the Delray Beach area. The role emphasizes coordinating subcontractors, reviewing plans, and maintaining schedules to deliver a premium finished product.

You will manage quality, safety, and turnover activities, collaborate with the Project Manager and clients, and ensure close collaboration with architects and engineers to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction Superintendent experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and sequencing.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience with high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or country club construction is highly preferred.
• Experience with concrete, framing, masonry, MEP, and interior finishes is a plus.
• Procore or other construction management software experience preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
