This on‑site, permanent role focuses on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within scope, while coordinating subcontractors and communicating with project teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent, strong leadership and problem solving, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. OSHA knowledge is preferred.

Job Details

Seeking experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure successful project execution from start to finish. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in managing jobsite teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site construction activities, including:

• Managing daily jobsite operations and supervising subcontractors and crews
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
• Coordinating schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
• Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
• Enforcing company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Monitoring quality control and resolving field issues quickly
• Leading jobsite meetings and documenting progress

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and schedulingProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
• OSHA certification preferred
