Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations from ground-up through final punch-list.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed communication with Project Managers and Design Professionals.
• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and ensure adherence to design vision.
• Conduct daily quality control walks and enforce safety protocols.
• Keep the site organized and ready for walkthroughs at any time.

What You'll Do

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential construction.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans.
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management tools.
• Professional communication skills and a calm, confident leadership style.
