Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead post-construction cleaning projects, overseeing planning, execution, and handover. The role requires strong project management, leadership, and coordination with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, with 5+ years in PM roles in commercial construction; PMP is a plus. On-site position with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our post-construction cleaning team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple engineering projects simultaneously. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the execution, control, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• 1. Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects from beginning to end.
• 2. Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• 3. Managing and supervising engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
• 4. Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• 5. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• 6. Conducting risk management to minimize project risks.
• 7. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• 8. Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths, and proposing solutions to overcome any potential roadblocks.
• 9. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• 10. Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the engineering industry and integrating them into operations and activities.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role in the commercial construction industry.
• 3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from start to finish.
• 4. Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• 5. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• 6. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• 7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and operationally.
• 8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and ensure project success.
• 9. Proficient in project management software.
• 10. PMP certification is a plus.
