Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience as a Lead Superintendent on $20M+ commercial projects.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field leadership skills.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Diverse commercial project experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
