Job summary

Uniplex Construction is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and partner with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and safe. You will set the tone for excellence on every site, mentoring team members and upholding quality craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction, leadership in commercial or residential settings, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Leadership experience in commercial and/or residential construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
