Job summary

Precision Builders, LLC seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction projects in Norman, OK. You will supervise daily activities, manage subcontractors, review plans, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction management software. OSHA 30 and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent or comparable field experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and activities simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
