Job summary

Green Key Resources represents a leading construction firm seeking a Superintendent for hospitality and multifamily projects in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe area. The role oversees ground-up construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of field experience, plus strong leadership and coordination skills. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

About the Role

We are seeking a Superintendent who can manage $15-20M hospitality and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Projects will be all located in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on the job site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and report to upper management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management for projects such as: hospitality, multifamily, student housing, mixed use residential, etc.
• Field management experience of ground up projects at least $15M+

Additional Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both hospitality and multifamily projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
