Renewyx have partnered with a specialist general contractor in Los Angeles to appoint a Superintendent for high-end restaurant construction.

Restaurants make up the large majority of the firm's work, for clients ranging from chef-driven independents to established high-end restaurant groups. The work demands tight scheduling, careful subcontractor coordination and a finish that satisfies demanding clients.

This award winning firm has projects running across the Western US. The new Superintendent will lead the Westside project on site from day one.

Local candidates are ideal. Experienced superintendents who are open to travel are also welcome.

Recent superintendent experience on restaurant or hospitality builds

Currently working for a general contractor

The role:

The Superintendent will run restaurant projects on site through to closeout. That means managing subcontractors, owning the schedule, keeping thorough project documentation and keeping the client informed at every stage. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role with full ownership of the job in the field.

What you'll bring:

• Superintendent experience on restaurant construction projects in the $1M to $6M range
• Based in or near Los Angeles, or able to travel to projects across the Western US
• Strong people and management skills across subcontractor teams
• Strong documentation and computer skills

Nice to have:

• Procore experience, with certification a plus
• A framing or carpentry background
• A long, consistent track record in restaurant construction
