Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead hotel renovations and hospitality tenant improvements across Southern California. You will oversee on-site execution, coordinate phased work in occupied environments, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality on high-visibility projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervision experience with a general contractor, a strong background in hospitality renovations, OSHA-30 (preferred), and proficiency with Procore

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Strong experience with hospitality / hotel renovations (required).
• Experience working in occupied / phased construction environments.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for hotel renovation projects.
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily site operations.
• Coordinate phased construction in occupied environments with minimal disruption.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and site cleanliness.
• Conduct daily logs, site walks, and quality control inspections.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Partner with Project Managers on RFIs, schedules, and change orders.
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeout.
