Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful installation of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and installation challenges.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and system performance verification activities.
  • Enforce safety requirements, company procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates and documentation.

Security Superintendent (Commercial Security Systems) Lead Major Security Projects. Develop High-Performing Teams. Deliver Exceptional Results.

We are seeking an experienced Security Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale commercial security and access control projects. This leadership position is responsible for managing technicians and project leads, coordinating installation activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and driving projects to successful completion.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and low-voltage technologies with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
