Security Project Lead

Location: Lebanon, IN

Schedule: Full-Time | Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week

Overtime: Frequently Available

Travel: Required for Initial Training (6-12 Weeks) | All Travel Expenses Covered + $50 Daily Per Diem

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Security Project Lead to oversee field installation teams on commercial security projects. This role is responsible for leading technicians through the installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

• Commercial construction, industrial, and retrofit project environments.

• Travel required for company-sponsored training programs (6-12 weeks).

• $50 daily per diem provided during travel assignments.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
