TEKsystems is seeking a Commercial Security Installer to support installation, testing, service, and troubleshooting of low-voltage security and life safety systems in commercial settings. You’ll read blueprints, run low-voltage cabling, and coordinate with customers to complete installations.
The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, hands-on tool use, and a strong mechanical aptitude. This onsite position offers opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
We are seeking a Commercial Security Installer to support the installation, testing, service, and troubleshooting of low-voltage security and life safety systems. This role is ideal for technicians with experience in fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and electronic security systems who are comfortable working independently in commercial environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, and able to diagnose and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
