Job summary

We Search People seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for our Kyle, TX project leadership. The role leads field teams, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures on-time delivery with strict quality and safety standards.

You will manage daily site operations, schedules, inspections, and logistics while partnering with Project Managers, clients, and architects to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and field operations.
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent ready to take the lead on projects and make a real impact? We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Superintendent to join our client in Kyle, TX. As Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day field operations and play a key role in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
