Job summary

RYSE Construction in Mills River, NC is seeking a hands-on on-site Superintendent to own schedules, safety, quality, and delivery on commercial projects. You will lead field operations, coordinate multiple trades, and serve as the primary contact for clients, inspectors, and subcontractors, steering projects toward a strong finish with accountability and urgency.

You’ll uphold OSHA standards and foster teamwork to resolve issues in real time.

Qualifications

• Five or more years as a Superintendent on commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety practices, building codes, and quality standards.
• Able to interpret plans and specifications and manage schedules.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, CompanyCam, and OpenSpace.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, accountable construction leader to drive commercial projects from the field.

As the on‑site leader, you’ll take full ownership of schedule, safety, quality, coordination, and delivery. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and the project moving forward.
