Qualifications

• Several years of commercial construction experience on large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, techniques, and building codes.
• Expertise in project planning, look-ahead scheduling, and budget awareness.
• OSHA certification and a commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite at all times.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all onsite construction activities to ensure efficient execution and adherence to schedule.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to confirm compliance with project documents and high workmanship standards.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and cultivate a culture of zero incidents.
• Review drawings and specifications, communicating changes or clarifications to the field team.
• Manage the onsite team; address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager on progress, costs, and risk management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent, professional communication.
• Track progress, update schedules, and identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with the project plan.
