We are representing an established general contractor in the Greater Houston area that is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team.

The company has a strong backlog of work and long-standing relationships with many of their clients. They handle a wide variety of commercial projects, including healthcare renovations, hospitality, retail and restaurant, office, and warehouse construction. Projects typically range from $1M to $30M, so they're looking for someone with a diverse background who can adapt to different project types.

What We're Looking For:

• Commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
• Experience managing a variety of project types
• Strong understanding of scheduling, project sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to oversee jobsite safety, quality, and day-to-day operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work well with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
