Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors with a proactive approach.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and building codes.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site construction activities for assigned commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
• Conduct daily site walks for progress monitoring and safety compliance.
• Coordinate inspections and deliveries to optimize productivity.
• Serve as the primary site contact for all stakeholders.
• Maintain daily logs and submit progress reports.
• Identify and resolve real-time field issues.
