We’re partnering with a reputable and growing Commercial General Contractor in Houston that is looking to bring an experienced Superintendent on board to manage and deliver a range of exciting projects.

The Role:

As Superintendent, you’ll play a key leadership role on-site—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be managing subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control, all while maintaining strong communication with the project team and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Background in K-12, Healthcare, Offices, Retail, or Interior build-outs
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and OSHA safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage field operations and lead subcontractor teams effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
