Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, with data centre projects or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Familiarity with data centre cooling, power distribution, and security protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management are an asset.
