Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

You will develop plans, coordinate design, engineering, procurement and construction, manage stakeholders, monitor risks, and report to senior leadership. This role demands strong leadership, budget control, and regulatory compliance expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, including budget and schedule management.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre design, construction, and operational requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
