As a Superintendent, you are responsible for the overall direction of field operations, completion schedules, safety, and quality of your project. You will lead and motivate field personnel and subcontractors on the jobsite to bring the project to a successful completion for our clients. You are key in establishing a positive, effective, and collaborative work relationship with project management, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
The project includes an 8‑story residential building with a partial wrap of a 9‑story parking structure, totaling over 1 M sf of student housing. The new build will consist of 404 units and 1 546 bedrooms. The property will feature a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and basketball court as amenities. The first phase of the project is scheduled to break ground in February of 2026, completing summer of 2028, and the second phase completing summer of 2029.
