Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects in the Cincinnati and Tri-State area. This role offers autonomy, strong project support, and a company that values quality construction and its people, with a company truck and gas card provided.

The position requires a homebased presence in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Dayton area, 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews.
• OSHA 30 and construction-related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Monitor quality, schedule, manpower, and overall project progress.
• Communicate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and maintain project documentation.
