Job summary

ZSG is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects in the Cincinnati region. You will have autonomy, strong project support, and a direct impact on quality construction and people.

Responsibilities include mobilization through completion, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and schedules, maintaining safety and documentation, and communicating with owners, architects, and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Ground-up commercial projects from $5–$100M experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and scheduling
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 and construction-related certifications are a plus
