Jobot in Boston seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and contract execution.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Lead OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, schedule, quality, and overall performance.
• Identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems.
• Assist with preconstruction, estimating, and project planning as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.

They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout and serve as a key point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
