Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on sizeable corporate interior projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate all construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Maintain safety, quality, scheduling, and site organization standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents and quality standards.
• Manage project closeout and punch-list activities.
