Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Superintendent for corporate interior projects in the Greater Atlanta area. You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedules, budgets, and safety plans are upheld across tenant improvement, office retrofit and renovation programs.

The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial interiors, strong client-facing communication, and the ability to travel between project sites regularly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial interior projects (tenant improvement, office retrofit or renovation).
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, finish carpentry, MEP coordination and interior systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to maintain professional relationships on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for multiple commercial interior projects, including tenant improvements, office renovations and retrofits.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors and on-site staff to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Develop, maintain and drive project schedules; proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Enforce safety programs and site-specific safety plans; conduct site inspections and safety meetings.
• Read and interpret construction documents, drawings and specifications; ensure work conforms to plans.
• Coordinate materials delivery, logistics and site access to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality control inspections; perform punch lists and ensure timely closeout.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates and communicate status to project managers and clients.
• Collaborate with project management on budget monitoring, change orders and scope adjustments.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of field staff and enforce company policies and procedures.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Commercial Interiors to oversee field operations for tenant improvement, office retrofit and renovation projects. The Superintendent will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, maintain schedule and budget compliance, ensure quality control and safety, and serve as the primary client liaison. Travel between project sites is required.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to maintain professional relationships on-site.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between project sites regularly.
• Proficient with project management tools and reporting; comfortable preparing daily reports and documenting site progress.
