Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to take full ownership of commercial construction and interior renovation projects in the Atlanta area. You will lead a safe, organized site from startup through closeout, directing subcontractors and logistics while owning master schedules and milestones.

This role emphasizes relationship-building with owners and partners. Candidates should have 5+ years as a Superintendent on similar projects and a proven ability to run projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction or interior renovation projects.
• Proven track record of independently running projects of similar size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, inspections and OSHA requirements.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• OSHA 30 and K-12, higher education, government or historic renovation experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, organized and productive jobsite from startup through closeout.
• Direct subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, manpower and site logistics.
• Build and own the project schedule, including look-ahead planning and milestones.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with owners, architects, engineers and authorities.
• Run weekly site and safety meetings and keep the PM updated on progress and issues.

The client

Our client is a growing commercial general contractor based in the Atlanta area. They deliver ground-up and renovation projects for public and private clients, and they build long-term relationships with owners and project partners.
