Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial projects in the Allentown area. You will manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to drive projects from preconstruction through turnover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervision experience with ground-up projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of sitework, structural systems and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred

Job Details

The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day field operations of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction and mOur Clientlization through final completion and turnover.
