Superba Snacks + Coffee in Pasadena, CA is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of server experience in a contemporary restaurant and a passion for delivering memorable hospitality.

You will provide attentive service, know the menu, operate POS systems, and work with a team that values seasonal ingredients and exceptional food quality. Flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef driven and full-service restaurant.
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service.
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules).
