Job summary

Superba Food + Bread is seeking experienced and hospitable baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate works well in a busy environment and understands the technique of creating delicious drinks.

We offer competitive wages (~$24 - $28 per hour including tips) along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan for full-time team members. Flexible schedules, a free meal with every shift, and opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• At least one full year of barista experience on a manual machine.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service.
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules).
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability.
