Superba Food + Bread in Calabasas is seeking a Line Cook to join our chef-driven, seasonal menu team. The ideal candidate will be eager to provide a great guest experience, organized, consistent, and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a line cook in a contemporary, chef-driven, full-service restaurant.

• Ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution.
• Detail oriented and cool under pressure.
• Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations.
• Flexible schedule and open availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with seasonal focus and technique.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling throughout service.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and timing to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
