Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Dublin, OH is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide excellent guest service in the hotel’s complimentary breakfast area. You will greet guests, maintain a tidy dining space, and assist with beverage and food service while supporting other hotel departments as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler’s card and RS course responsibilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass responsible serving training (TIPs as required).
• Must obtain Food Handler's card as required by local authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to hotel guests at breakfast.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inviting breakfast area.
• Greet and seat guests as appropriate and assist with special requests.
• Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages, and assist with food service as needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and handle cash/closing logs as required.
• Communicate guest needs across departments to ensure a smooth experience.
