Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Ontario, CA is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide friendly, efficient service in the hotel’s complimentary breakfast area. You will greet guests, maintain clean dining spaces, stock supplies, and support beverage and food service as needed.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service, working a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, and adhering to safety, sanitation and hotel brand standards to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol and pass TIPs as required by property.
• Must obtain Food Handlers card as required by local jurisdiction.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous, timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized breakfast area and dining spaces.
• Stock and replenish breakfast items and supplies.
• Assist with beverage and food service as needed.
• Respond to guest questions about hotel amenities and local area.
