Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to create a warm dining experience for guests each morning. You will set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and welcoming service.

Responsibilities include preparing simple items, assisting guests with questions, and keeping the area tidy and well-stocked throughout service. This role offers training and growth opportunities within our hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
