Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and serve the daily complimentary breakfast bar, greet guests, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include setting up and stocking the breakfast area, taking inventory and ordering supplies, preparing items, clearing tables, and helping guests with directions and requests while maintaining a clean, organized station.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive, standardized and full-looking manner. Keep area organized and clean, and replenish depleted items.
• Take inventory of food and beverage and supplies needed for each day. Order or purchase food supplies.
• Prepare various food items as needed.
• Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products.
• Clear and clean vacated tables.
• Wash equipment and return it to storage. Return reusable food to storage.
• Respond to all guest requests for additional breakfast items, hotel information, directions, and any other assistance.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
