Job summary

Hireology is seeking a friendly Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our hotel team. This part-time role involves preparing and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area and providing a welcoming guest experience.

The position requires early morning hours and weekend/holiday availability, with independent work and a strong focus on cleanliness. Responsibilities include setting up breakfast, cooking and stocking items, greeting guests, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met

• Maintain a clean, organized breakfast area throughout the shift.
• Clean tables, counters, equipment, and serving areas as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area after service.
• Wash dishes and equipment and store supplies properly.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management.
• Assist with receiving and organizing breakfast deliveries.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our hotel team! This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast area while providing a welcoming experience for our guests.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with guests, and starting their workday early.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast area prior to breakfast service.
• Cook, heat, and prepare breakfast items according to hotel and brand standards.
• Keep food and beverage items fully stocked throughout breakfast service.
• Monitor food temperatures, freshness, presentation, and expiration dates.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with breakfast-related questions or requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area throughout the shift.
• Clean tables, counters, equipment, serving areas, and other breakfast spaces as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area after service.
• Wash dishes and breakfast equipment and properly store food and supplies.
• Monitor breakfast inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with receiving and organizing breakfast deliveries and supplies.
• Complete additional cleaning or hotel duties as assigned.

• Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Part-Time | Early Mornings

Typical shifts begin early in the morning and generally end by late morning or early afternoon. Weekend and holiday availability is required based on hotel needs.
