Job summary

Limelight Aspen is seeking a Lead Breakfast Attendant to oversee the breakfast service team and ensure smooth operations. You will address guest concerns, coordinate with the kitchen for replenishment, and support the Supervisor on duty by delegating tasks and monitoring performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and about one year of Food & Beverage experience. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or high school equivalent required.
• One year of Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exercise leadership over the breakfast service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast buffet or dining area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely replenishment of Food & Beverage items.
• Ensure that equipment and supplies are in working order and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist the supervisor on duty with scheduling, inventory management, and team performance feedback.
• Lead by example, motivating the team to provide consistent, high-quality service.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
