Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring items are stocked.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with food and beverage selections.
• Ensure dining area, buffet and prep stations are clean and organized.
• Replenish items, including condiments and utensils; monitor inventory.
• Follow health regulations and assist with setup/breakdown of service.
