• Experience in food and beverage service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring items are stocked throughout service.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with food and beverage selections.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, buffet, and prep stations.
• Replenish food and beverage items, including condiments and utensils.
• Follow food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor of shortages or reorder needs.
• Clear and clean tables, remove used dishes, and keep dining area presentable.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service.
